This session will build on the previous session, History & Scales, by helping attendees understand the measurements of particular assessment scales and how to interpret them.

Attendees will gain an understanding of basic psychometrics, including specifics regarding the ProfileXT®, validity, and reliability. Attendees will also learn about appropriate metrics for determining performance, and discuss methods for developing performance models.

This session will build upon the previous session, Psychometrics & Performance Models, by helping attendees establish what an effective performance model looks like.
